• Your contact details (full name, email address and phone number)
• The name and address of your store
• The date when you opened your store
• Some store photos. Please provide no more than 3 photos, max. 2 MB per photo
• A short description of your store concept, marketing strategy, and target audience
• Details of any other store branches you may own.
